i faintly remember using that mod earlier this year though i forgot its name, certainly out there somewhere even came with some outfits to better fit around bigger breasts for your sims without the issues that come with the default clothes

@burninghead I don't use reshade because the game has Direct 11 and it doesn't support either version reshade

@MarieHorns  This Sim was made by My Patreon supporter but he may have used the "Heavy Boobs" Mod 

 

@Nikuman88 I use "Heavy Boobs" but this sim was made by my supporter 

@Petr54 Now there is a newer version, I hope it will suit you
