I can not remember which mod was used to have sex with the Jarls so that you did not have to do the 3 favors for the citizens.  I believe it had other sex favors used too like to enter Riften the first time. Thank you.

Probably SL Solutions. That does have the option to bypass certain persuasion checks with the Riften gate guard, the Riften Jail guard if you want to see Sibbi, and a variety of others.
