Crashes when trying to start a new game.

I really need y'all's help as I've been at this for 3 days and I'm at my wit's end. My game crashes when trying to start up a new game every single time. I have tried all of the following: reinstalling address library, reinstalling sex lab, reinstalling literally everything after doing a complete purge, reinstalling skse (the correct version), deleting my users/game/sse folder with all the saves and everything in it, I have tried doing the run cmd  as admin and sfc scanning, I have tried all of these things AND a fresh install of the game itself, I have tried looking at programs to read my own crash log, but alas, I suppose I'm just not intelligent enough to understand it well past "it's clearly some actors and animations", but beyond that I have no idea. So instead of wasting your time trying to let you just come up with stuff to try, I thought I'd go ahead and tell you what I HAVE tried.

So without further ado and with extreme gratitude for anyone who wants to attempt tilting at this windmill, here is my Crash Log (Thank you for your patience):

Please also state which mod manager was used for the installation.

Does the vanilla game work at all - i.e. effectively without mods or with the most minimal equipment such as the "unofficial patch"?

I got nothing on skee64.dll+00449A1, except that it resides in a hook function of some kind (belonging to RaceMenu obviously).

The registers however provide a hint:

MaleUnderwear_0

And you have this plugin:

SOSRaceMenu.esp

Prime suspect is SOS. More specifically the way SOS interacts with RM. Could be a bug, a race condition perhaps, maybe compatibility. Easiest way to test is to leave your loadorder as is and only remove SOS. If the game works now, you got a pretty strong hint as to where the problem may be.

Edit: And by removing SOS I mean don't just disable its plugin (that is not removing a mod), actually get rid of every file it came with. Dependencies you'll have to sort out yourself - there may be mods that depend on SOS. For some you may get away with just disabling a plugin. At this point you should only try to get past the point where it currently crashes. Whether what you did turned your dong purple or not is irrelevant.

Edit again: And in case it is relevant, the MaleUnderwear_0 it is mentioning is most likely this one from SOS:

 [04] Schlongs of Skyrim.esp (4F94E9E4) \ Armor \ 00000D64 <SkinNaked>

 [04] Schlongs of Skyrim.esp (4F94E9E4) \ Armor \ 00069CE3 <SkinNakedBeast>

 [04] Schlongs of Skyrim.esp (4F94E9E4) \ Armor \ 040012DA <SOS_DefaultUnderwear>

 [04] Schlongs of Skyrim.esp (4F94E9E4) \ Armor Addon \ 040012D7 <SOS_DefaultUnderwearAA>

I apologize, it was 3am when I wrote this lol. I am using mod organizer 2. Vanilla game works great, even with skse, enb, and ussep,

I tried that as well. All files verify and the problem still persists.

That's no problem - I myself always forget the various time zones in which the mod community is spread across the globe.

Did you have SoS for SE and the correct .DLL file for your game version - Skyrim SSE v1.6.640? If not then go to this page

and get the correct .DLL file and stick it in \Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\skse\plugins
