I logged 1000 hours with Skyrim, but after that I was burned out. Maybe if I give it a rest for some more months I might return to it. Right now I try to get back into games like Civ V or some other 4x games. They went the way of the dodo, I fear. I can't help you anyway, because that is not my area of expertise. if you like the combat/strategy side of civ you might want to try out one of the grand strategies offered by paradox, I've burned a few hours on them because the dodo's are flightless birds, the just want to sit in front of the pc all night why did I just mess up my car trying to fix it? I'll have to walk to work tomorrow
