It's more so the bunny outfit doing that, rather than the preset itself. Even if the Sim you put it on is petite (which Crimson is without it) it'll pretty much gives her a big dumpy.

I think the last time I tried, any new sounds past the selection of four farts that the game comes with won't play in-game. Seeing as these merely replace the ones that already exist in-game you're limited to the four. If there is a way to add a wider selection I do not know the method, because I imagine one would have to input new lines or something for the game to recognize them.

A simple mod that replaces base game farts to ones I personally find to be more preferable. (This mod was originally titled MFX Farts where it only included farts from those types of videos but that's too limiting.)

They go in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods 

You can only use one at a time.
