I have a request. Can someone take a look at my log and tell if anything needs to be fixed. So far everything works, but I'm not sure. (Sorry for my poor english).

Well... I start on a new game and now i have problem with NPC's skin. Like this...

The brown face is from having mismatched texture sizes.  For example, you might have 1K skin and 2K makeup.  All face textures need to have the same resolution.  I would start by seeing if your version of Looksmenu Customization Compendium has the same resolution as your High Poly Faces and skin texture mods.  LMCC has a 2K patch I believe, if you need it.

 

You look like you might also have files that are conflicting or overwriting each other.  For example, you have two different Eyes of Beauty files, and another one called "SkEyes."  Also two lighting effects mods.  What is "A - Body" and is it a body replacer like CBBE?  You can't have two body replacers.

Install NONE or ONLY ONE of the following interior lighting mods. Test and make sure you like it before you commit.

 

Enhanced Lights and FX – More realistic interior lighting at the cost of breaking precombines in some of those interiors. If using the mod, your options here are to live with noticeably lower frame rates in some interiors, or go into the mod with xEdit and remove the precombine breaks, which in some cases means deleting all the edits that ELFX makes to a particular cell.

Interiors Enhanced - Darker ambient light and fog in interiors. This one is the least risky option in terms of frame rates and performance.

Ultra Interior Lighting - Adds more shadow-casting lights to interiors and adjusts ambient light and fog.

ELFX is most popular, followed by Interiors Enhanced, followed by Ultra Interior Lighting. There are no perfect solutions here, and vanilla lighting leaves much to be desired.

OK, so you should be fine then with "A-Body" and CBBE together.  It's not a mod I was familiar with but if it only does male bodies it should work with CBBE.  For FO4 I personally use Body Talk 3 for the men which was just recently re-uploaded to Nexus; it does the same thing.  It's just a matter of which has outfit conversions and a general shape that you prefer.

 

For the eye mods, it looks like all three of them replace some vanilla eyes and also add some new eye textures.  It looks like the SHJ Edit Eyes of Beauty is just an updated version of Eyes of Beauty Fallout Edition, so if it were me, I'd probably use the SHJ.  The Skarlett mod also changes some of the same eyes, and also adds a few new eyes as well, so there is some overlap.

 

Generally it's not considered a good idea to add or remove mods in the middle of a game, so if you're still in the middle of a game I don't know as I would go changing anything beyond figuring out your brown face bug.  On a new game, at least for me, I'd probably pick either Skarlett Eyes or SHJ Edit (probably SHJ) but not both, but that depends on you - I like to save my plugin slots for weapon, armor and quest mods, other people like to have all those beauty mods.  It's up to how you like to play.
