Trying to make my own animations using blender: best way to export as HKX(?) using HCT or other programs?

So, I've been messing around with blender and tried to make a couple honestly mediocre animations. I was able to export them as an FBX file but now I want to import them for use as a HKX or whatever its called file. I was able to find the Havok Convert Tool/Havojk SDK/HKanno Tools/HKCmd things to try and get some idea of how to even start the process and FBX Importer to get them to convert into HKT files but I keep getting an error when I try to load them into HCT. It keeps telling me "Unable to detect format from stream". Is there any way to get around this? I'd like to use them for a mod, even if they aren't professional but this is preventing me from doing so. I've honestly been trying to look into this since January and so far this is farthest I've gotten. I've also tried converting them into the kf files but that seems even harder or impossible to do going by all the searches I've done. Sadly, the internet isn't the best place to search since it keeps giving me things like how to use DAR/MCO etc which I don't need at all. There really isn't much for doing your own custom animations/etc.

Havok Convert Tool

that is for 3ds max, what you need/want is hkxcmd, and you need to make a ".bat" text file to use its commands

I have that too: tried using it with a tutorial and I couldn't figure it out. I had mike's rig and everything. Anyway I tihnk I'll go with what Pama suggested. Thanks though. Now to find a NSFW male rig.
