Morgoth Bauglir Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 After reverting from a vampire transformation my PC has a persistant blue glow around her. I checked it is not due to an active effect .Can anyone help me with this?
MikeMetal Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Try dispelallspells on yourself with console.
Morgoth Bauglir Posted September 10, 2013 Author Posted September 10, 2013 Try dispelallspells on yourself with console. Thanks for your response. I tried that but it did not work
MikeMetal Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Try changing your gender. Sometimes FX effects like this one disappears. Edit: If you can't find a workaround, the easiest way would be reloading a save before you were stuck. Unless it'll happen again too.
CGi Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Maybe you find a solution in this thread. Helped me more than once, to get rid of an visual effect, for which the magic effect has already run out.Just go thru the pages until you find an effect, that matches. You may have to try multiple, if you're not sure, if the one you're looking at is exactly what you are experiencing.

I downloaded the directors tools from Nexus http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10431/? and it has resolved the problem
azmodan22 Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 this is because of a magic effect. and it is also on your weapon when it is not drawn. This is very similar with the bug that makes your eyes glow like draugh eyes do. In that case do dispellallspells or similar commands will not work. What will work however is if you dispell that effect with its id number. same as the eye bug. So the problem is to find the id of the effect that is stuck.
CGi Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Hence why i linked him a thread, that lists all known effect ids, together with instruction, how to remove them.
