˚‧♡HELLO AND WELCOME TO BAMIII'S WORLD!˚‧♡

 

//This is my new file where you can find lots and custom sims made for some of these lots! Be sure to read about every single one and take a look at their previews, that I'll be linking down below (or go in the get support section of this file)~ You'll find a lot of different buildings, from simple, cozy homes, to strip clubs, motels, lounges and more! ? And not only lots, but some sims to go with them as well!

 

//Since the file upload limit has been set to 292 mb, most of my sims and some lots will come in 2-3 separate parts, so you'll have to download them all.

--THIS FILE IS ALSO A LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY FILE! SO YOU'LL FIND LGBTQ+ LOTS AND SIMS AS WELL AS HET/CIS ONES--

 

//HOW TO INSTALL: Inside the main folders that you'll download from me you'll see 2 folders: Tray and Mods (IF THERE IS NO MODS FOLDER, THEN THE LOT IS CC FREE). Take the content from the Tray folder and go to your Documents > Electronic Arts > The sims 4 > Tray, and move them in that folder. Do the same for the content in the Mods folder(s). Some sims might be bigger than the max upload limit, so you'll have to download every part and place all the files into your folders. Don't forget to launch your game, go to Game Options > Other > and check Enable Custom Contents and Mods, so the CCs used to create this lot and sim will appear in your game.

//NOTE: As the time goes by and EA keeps updating the game and changing stuffs, some of my older sims may not have the same bodies that you can see in their previews (they might be a little distorted, chubbier, etc.). Most likely because their body preset needs to be updated. So you might have to change their bodies in CAS before placing them in your world.

//STRIPCLUB OPULENCE - Both straight and gay~

 

-It's a pretty big lot, 40x30, and I've placed it in Newcrest, but you can place it anywhere else in a 40x30 lot.

-It has two floors, the main floor being the strip club, and upstairs you'll find some private rooms for dancing and a bedroom in case you'll want to also have a brothel (you can make a brothel out of a strip club using Nisa's mood, I'll leave a link down below for that)

-The gay version is pretty much the same as the het one, I've only removed some girly stuffs and replaced some wall art.

 

//Some tips:

1. To prevent outside sims from going into the office and the girls locker room (if they're going to the locker room they can access the main stage from there as well) you should click on those doors and lock them from everyone but employees.

2. Don't forget to check out the upstairs section and assign the 3 private rooms couches as lap dancing spots.

3. I've placed a few trash cans, but you'll also have to hire a repairman/janitor so they can pick up the trash and fix the bathrooms if needed. Otherwise the clients will leave if the place is too dirty (happened to me cause I totally forgot about the janitor lmao).

4. I've set the front door so werewolves can't get it, cause it really messed up with my club and clients. I suggest you do the same thing.

The sims haven't been posted yet, only the lot; you're going to start a new game or continue a saved file of yours, then go to the gallery, on the left between options there's a ADVANCED cathegory, you should mark the little box that says Include custom content  maybe that is the issue

First sim of this file! One that is made for my lovely stripclub ? The only issue with her and my other stripper sims soon to come, is that their work outfits need to be manually set by you, from scratch. Every sim that I'm uploading has on the Party category a stripclub outfit, so it could serve you as some inspiration when making the work outfit for them. I'm pretty sure you can make the outfits by clicking on the phone, and you should see an option about designing the outfits for the workers.

//Every good club needs some charming hostesses and baristas, and Kamelia is just the right chick for that~ She's supposed to be a charmer or barista in the stripclub, but you can totally use her as a stripper if you want to!

-I've placed it in Britechester, on the Honeydew Fields lot - 20x15. The market is not really functional tho since it's merged with the apartment above that is a residence, so the overall lot type is residential.

Somewhere in april of 2022 I designed a shady motel owner, and a little while ago I finally got the inspo to design a motel for him! It is a 30 x 20 building made for Oasis Springs, that replaces the museum. More pics under the spoiler!

//This building is kinda special: I saw a cute video on TikTok where a guy was making houses shaped by the letters of the alphabet ✨ And obviously I jumped on the trend and started with the letter H (the house itself is built in that shape, but the roof kinda fucks up the design lmao). So here we have a cute, tiny (20x20), but modern house that I've placed in Copperdale, on the Little Falls Nook lot. More pics under the spoiler!

I really loved it when it came out and I've watched a lot of youtubers playing it; the atmosphere was hella special and the story was engaging, even tho the gameplay itself wasn't that complex, but I still enjoyed it.
