Password is gayshinnihsyag The way these passwords are set up are purposefully made confusing. ㅂㅂ : ㄱㄹ simply means password or password is Password for HSR is always gayshin. 로꾸꺼 just means backwards. So if we look at the instructions again the password is password (gayshin) + password backwards (nihsyag). The password is very simple, they just make it purposefully very difficult for foreigners cuz they just bitches like that. You can check the other links in the DC Safe Zone, but you won’t find anything new there.
