This has been answered several times already. The mod is too old; only the mod's creator can fix it. I'm also looking for a Herta mod that's been updated, because it looks the same in the new area. XD

The good thing is it does not lead to a crash.

“Allinone” doesn't work for me either. You have to unpack the file and take the mod individually, then apply the fix that you can also find on Gamebanana.

There are no new mods from her anymore, just old ones that have the same problem.

So much for patron mods.

They pay for something, and in the end, they don't care about it anymore.

The page states that the new map bug cannot be fixed with old mods

 

There is the problem many mod makers have never updated some characters.

There are some of them and mostly they are old characters where you were too lazy to update them or to do it right from the start.

 

I hope the people who are patrons write to the current ones and ask where they pay for them if they don't renew their mods.

Can you give me an example of a mod that can't be fixed?

 

I even managed to fix a three-year-old Genshin mod using step-by-step instructions from old tools right up to the new one. Of course, it's long and tedious; you need to double-check and at least know a little about the ini file, but with enough effort, 95% of the time, you can fix it, unless it depends on a custom d3dx.ini, which some authors have done. Then, of course, there will be problems, but they can be solved by completely rebuilding the model in Blender. But who needs that? 

 

The only mod in HSR that made me spend a long time figuring it out - Shadow Sae Qingque

I don't know what you have in the black char or what version you're playing on, but it displays for me without any problems.
