Idk why but i think Caelus mod got some problem, either the character or the background in character detail.

I try fix yours, the rest is fix but face still broken (i fix from 3.3 then 3.4 fix becoz 3.4 only messed it up more).

Only modder can fix it i guess? Sorry cant really help!

Try the HD fix from version 3.4, or it might be a resolution issue. It's working fine on my end
