I suggest relying on chatgpt since google translate might not be exactly correct sometimes

The password is general rule (gayshin) + how you spell Herta in korean using the English keyboard which results in > gayshingpfmxk

If you translate the just "youngtaro" bit by itself, it will tell you that it means "English:" meaning "English: herta".

Now, this is the part where I wouldn't blame you for not knowing because that's where the open secret bit comes in:

That specific phrase refers to a specific way of tying "Herta" out "in English", because what they do is overlap the English and Korean keyboard and then type out "herta" in Korean, but using the English keyboard, meaning that you'd follow the way "헤르타" is typed out, except you use English letters, the result is "gpfmxk", so the end result would be "gayshingpfmxk".

It's fairly simple to do, once you know what they ask of you, personally, I use this page to make this happen, and typing out "헤르타" is as easy as clicking "ㅎㅔ ㄹ ㅡ ㅌ ㅏ" on sequence, and seeing the letters used to make that happen.
