Public archive section has every past HSR mod for free. He usually releases them 4 weeks after the initial release for free so for future Levi mods just lurk in his DC server

ok, tested, it works fine, everything is working, thing is, you're using the one released on gamebanana, those changes are barely noticeable, if you check both images you sent, you can see that the back of the skirt was removed and the boobpad was removed and made transparent. That's what the mod does

They only made Acheron X Lawachurl for HSR as far as I'm concerned. The Himeko and Fu Xuan mods I found are fairly standard and not animated, too
