evilblade Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 Hey folks! There's this boots from some CC and the game constantly generates them on sims as swimwear. Can someone please tell me what CC they are from? Or maybe someone can show me a way to look it up in-game?
Gambit Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 You can use Sims4studio to open and look CC files but could be tedious if you have many mods and those boots could be a merged file which will make identify it more difficult.
snowdog04 Posted April 22, 2023 Posted April 22, 2023 Sims 4 Tray Importer.Ā Give a sim of yours these boots, save the household to library, then open S4TI and the newly saved household should show up first.Ā You can then check out the CC files being used for something that sounds like it must be boots, and you can then click on that filename and it will take you straight to its location in your mods folder. 1

Turns out Kritikal has a wiki, looking trough which revealed they are from "ffbodysuit1" (https://blackvelvetroom.com/doku/lib/exe/detail.php?id=content%3Aclothing_item_list&media=content:kritical_ffbodysuit1.png)
RoofMonkey Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 You can try this, if you've got the time. Mod The Sims - Sims 4 Mod/CC Manager 2021 by GameTimeDev [BETA] V1.1.0 Ā Ā
thellama99 Posted July 4, 2023 Posted July 4, 2023 If you don't want them to show up on randoms - you can open the file in Sims 4 Studio can "Batch Fix" it and select Disable for Randoms/Swimwear and that way you can keep the file but have it stop appearing.

Well.. I could try this of coarse, but the thing is I'm under Linux here and the Sims 4 Studio doesn't work for me. It shows all the *.package files I have but after I select any one of them it starts loading it and freezes. Surely I could make it work by trying different versions of WINE/Proton with some different parameters maybe, look up this exact or maybe similar problems on forums.. But thing is - I don't really want to do it So I've just removed theĀ [Kritical]FFbodysuit1.package file and voila!
