Vampire face mod to prevent vamps from looking like meth heads

I want to play as a vampire, but I hate the stupid face alteration that occurs with the transformation. I would normally just tweak it with RaceMenu, but I'm sick of doing that. All of the face mods that I've tried don't do anything or require me to do some hacker shit to get it to work. Is there a face mod that fixes vampire faces and DOESN'T require me to fuck around with files?

There was a mod for LE, maybe it is compatible with SE: Vampire Face Less Sunken for females-16506

Edit: Question though, why are you on a modding site if you don't want to do "hacker shit" or "fuck around with files"? I mean, if you want to change the game, how did you intend to achieve that without changing the game? Boggles the mind ?

Hello. It's been a hundred years since I played Skyrim, but fortunately some things about this game are still stuck in my head.
You can try a simple option of replacing all textures contains word "femaleheadvampire" to "femalehead". I mean the textures in the "female" folder referring to your character.

1) Make backup all texture files containing the word "femaleheadvampire" and then delete those one from original location.
2) Create a new folder on your hard drive and copy these files into it:

femalehead
femalehead_msn
femalehead_s
femalehead_sk

3) Rename these files to:

femaleheadvampire
femaleheadvampire_msn
femaleheadvampire_s
femaleheadvampire_sk

4) Then copy them to the "female" directory
5) Done

I've used the above solution for this mod: Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Edition
In case of mods with UNP's types of body, you may additionally need to make changes about meshes referring to head and jaw.

> The second option is to change set of teeth from special mod and add vampire spells, perks using the commands in console, but.. I'm too lazy to explain it anyone.?

Installing mods is one thing. Having to go in and actually alter files is another thing. When just installing mods via mod manager, I don't have to deal with all of the other crap. I mean, I can do the hacker shit, I just don't like to.

So, yeah. It's a case of if there's an easier way to do it, then do it that way. If I have to do all of the hacker shit, then fine. It's just a pain in the ass for me, because I don't mess around with that stuff much.

A few questions.

Where exactly am I going to edit the files? I don't want to go screwing around with files in the wrong place. I know you said CBBE, but is that for meshes or textures or what? Or all of the above? Like I said, I'm not good with this hacker shit.

Does it matter where I put the backups? Can I just make some random file and have it on my desktop?

Hm. Try this one here. This should fix the sunken cheeks.

Honey, if I wasn't already in a relationship, I would kiss you! I don't know where you got that file from, but you just saved me from A LOT of headaches! Thank you so much!

BTW, my girl is laughing because of my celebration from the file working. I knocked my chair about three feet away from leaping up.

It comes from the, sadly deleted, mod "Vampire Facial Reclamation".

You know, that's why Nexus makes it so hard for people to delete mods. To prevent stuff like this from happening. Here I was, just wanting my character to not look like she had too much of Heisenberg's Blue Sky, and every mod that did that was gone. That mod you mentioned was one that I tried so hard to track down but couldn't find anywhere.

Anyway, thank you so much again! It's time for me to get off. My girlfriend made quesadillas for dinner!  ?

This mod is available here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/vampire-facial-reclamation

Funny thing because it was sitting in my mod manager, not installed, for the past year and a half and I just installed it this afternoon when I finally decided to do a Dawnguard vampire side for the first time since 2016. And then I saw this post... coincidence?

Anyway, works like a charm and it's just meshes, no .esp, nothing to clog up plugin order. Can be installed and uninstalled at any point.
