Wondering if anyone know what mod this is from.

Or does anyone know of any other mods that gives ears with the fluffy fur in the middle, similar to the image?

It might be called open sword spirit shirt mod 1.0. But the ears might be from a different armor.

Thanks. Can't seem to find a mod download of it but see pictures of it. Unfortunate that the ears aren't with it

I think you can find similar ears in Witchy's Accessory Pack Extravaganza.
