Need Help With Male Body Not Working

So I started using this body because Breezes was being a pain in the arse as per usual. And I was wondering what I need to do to make it work with Sexout as all guys are just heads and hands during sex. Its been years since I played NV and modded it I'm rusty.

Sexout was made for Roberts and Breezes. I believe the biggest problem is the 'penis bone' is different in those mods. I don't know what steps would be needed to add support for this mod to the options. It might require rebuilding all male-animation-files with the different penis-bone.

I don't see a body selector in the MCM.
