question about the penis attachment mod

I tried to use one of them on a super mutant and it didn't work.  is there any way to set it up like the other penis mods like the mirlerk or the deathclaw mods.  add it like a mod attachment.  I find it hard to believe that all of the mutated humanoids have normal penis the super mutants, hill people in point lookout and even the ghouls .

I have that mod, the thing with it is that all of the penises look normal. I am asking is it possible to make them mutated like in the penis attachment mod.  example the green one in the mod can be for super mutants, maybe another for the ghouls, one for the inn Breds of point lookout, one of the bumpy for the children of atom.

I'm just saying it's hard to believe that the radiation changes them but left their dicks the same. I also realize these mods were done early on and made with what was available at the time. but newer stuff is popping up all the time now.  

I just want to know is it possible and can somebody do it.
