Game texture overhaul what is best?

Keep looking at Noble Skyrim https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45807?tab=videos

I am completely rebuilding my game deleted my Skyrim and starting with a fresh new download. Never really cared for world texture mods but trying something new ...ideas? have you use Noble before?

I'm using noble skyrim together with SMIM  with unbleak ENB and it looks pretty good, can't really provide screenshots right now as I just did big changes to my modlist again. It looks really good provided I don't use immerssive first person view sexlab/dd patch, regular IFP works fine. SMIM alone is a big difference
