importing bodie to a model

can someone explain please (with details) who can i import a bodie that i have in my addon file to a model that i choose?

And what it is "reload room"?.....

chose your model go into customizer body tab select bodymod go back to main menu enter customizer room or free room again oila there is your Bodymod
