Game doesnt recognize mods installed with MO2

hi, i've recently tried to set up Fallout 4 with mods, the thing i'm using Mod Organizer 2 and everything seems normal, even when i start the game it shows the message that mods are enabled and achievements are disabled, but when i try to customize my characther it shows nothing, vanilla game, i've tried the ini files, changing to vortex (a weird glitch happens), i add the exclusions to the whole MO2 folder and Fallout 4 folder, i don't know what to do.

My first thought was the same thing that @flutie asked you - how are you launching the game?  Have to launch from MO2 to have the game use your MO2 mods

 

Second thought - have you enabled mods?  See this article to make sure your ini files have mods enabled.

 

Basically:

 

1. Add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini

   [Archive]

   bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

   sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Are you launching the game via F4SE in MO2?

If this is happening on character customization, you do have LooksMenu right?
