Copy-Pasted from my own reply in comments: "...the issue is fixed, i think. It seems the loading and new game crashes were either caused by Valmilia Follower or Jinxxed Followers - Bowsette. Started at the bottom of my load order, and when I removed both of those, I stopped crashing. Its likely that only 1 of them was causing my issue, but I was tired of screwing with it, and just decided to leave both off."


AFAIK, the issue is fixed and I haven't experienced any more crashing. Thanks for all the help!


So in the last couple days ive been fucking with my mods and have started getting crashes. I found some mods that were broken and got rid of them. I was able to play for a while. I closed skyrim and the next day when I tried to launch and load my save it wouldnt load. Ive run LOOT a billion times it feels like and it hasnt changed my load order at all. Ive got a smashed patch and no success. Installed various crash fixes, no luck. I have been able to start new games or load a clean save, but as soon as I make a save, and try to load it, The game crashes within a second or two after loading. Now I crash as soon as I try to start a new game or load a save.

Edit: No Missing Masters according to MO

Edit 2: Skyrim can run completely vanilla, so it's a problem with the mods not Skyrim itself. There was no issue loading a clean save.

 

Edit 3: Ok, after some very annoying  process of elimination, I figured out that AnimationLoadingFix was causing me to crash upon creating a new game or loading a save. I am now able to load clean saves and start new games, but if I try to load a new save, meaning one created instantly after starting a new game or one created off of a clean save, i crash about 5-10 seconds after it loads and I can see my character. The new payrus log is uploaded as Papyrus2.0.rar .

Ran LOOT again, It does come up with  some errors on the main skyrim esm's (Update, Hearthfires, etc.). However when i used TESVEdit QAC on another profile trying to fix the same things, the game wouldnt even launch. The only fnis warning was something about the game not in steam directory, so i ran it through steam and it cleared that up. Loot did update my load order this time so I'll try starting after fnis gen finishes.

if that works, the installation is fine for the time being

If you can't load older saves...
...sometimes you can save something with a "re-saver".

yes - I know myself how many hours of play might be lost there...
...but installing new mods and then applying them to old saves is risky!

I myself have just started again from the beginning - because something went wrong with the installation of a mod and this mod could not "boot up" properly - another mod (which I actually no longer need) - prevented this

Don't use xEdit to "fix" the main game files (Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, Hearthfire.esm, Dragonborn.esm).  You'll see online guides which tell you to do that, but you shouldn't.  I can't remember which one, but one of them will completely break your install, and you don't actually need to do it on the others.  What little benefit you might gain is offset by the likelihood you'll just have to reinstall everything.

Ok thanks for telling me, I restored the backups so I'll see if that changes anything.

Have you got the proper skeleton for the version of Skyrim that you're playing?  Your FNIS output says 32 bit Skyrim LE, and it also says your skeleton has 150 (?) bones.

 

The XPMSE skeleton for LE has about 120-130 bones I think, which makes me wonder if the incorrect skeleton nif/mesh is causing some of your crashes.

 

Is there a new skeleton available for LE that has more bones?

Reinstalled the skeleton, 126 bones this time, same issue. I guess i did have a screwed up version or something, so thanks for pointing that out.

Is built into XPMSE skeleton, if your just updated skele you can remove this. MO will tell there is maybe one file that skeleton is not overwriting, nevertheless its redundant and can be removed.

this mod is outdated for one. 2ndly it is for huge load orders which you dont have. 3rdly it is used primarily for users that dont ini/enb settings right. I would discard it.

2. You have an enb binary file setup(enb boost/ enb preset

 

 

Question 3 maybe no one knows, why do all your mods have espesp or esmesm instead of esp/esm?

I dont remember what for, but im pretty sure those esp are required for some mod, but not sure which.

If it depended on one of these, LOOT should be able to read that some Master is missing (usually High Heel is missing) and, xEdit will prevent you from opening ESP by barring it 

As for cleaning from duplicates, in the XEdit folder, there is a programme called TES5EditQuickAutoClean

Using LOOT as a guide, select the plugins to be cleaned and press ok . This is done on ONE Plugin at a time

 

 

 

When it is finished (it will take some time), it should autosave, close the programme and reopen it, repeating the process with another Plugin
