I tried porting it over to that game.  If I remember correctly, the engine doesn't exist anymore. And it wasn't exactly easy to mod either. So attempts to do so is very difficult. I don't think anyone can blame ya if you decide its too much work if you continue anything. Glad to see it still regardless! It looks great for what it is. 1

Replacing the GameCube version files with the PC version does work. The model won't have any textures loaded in. You will have to change the TXD version from PC to GameCube using Magic. TXD to fix it. Magic. TXD is a texture modding software for RenderWare games. Yes, it can work, Dolphin. You will have to fix the textures every time you want to install a character mod for the GameCube version. Here is a tutorial for setting up the PC version. Â

Sonic Heroes models do not use image textures for the skin. It uses a solid RGB color for the materials. Solid colors don't use any kind of texture map. It is just a basic color. Changing it to an image texture that is the same color would look different in the game. It doesn't matter what texture maps I use. It will not look the same as the original. This game uses RenderWare, and it is an old ass game engine. I have no idea how this engine works. I don't know why using an image texture that is the same color as the skin looks so different in the game. I'm using the same skin color for her torso. It is just the engine making it look different. I had a horrible experience trying to mod this game. The only thing I can do is change the mouth, arms, and ears to an image texture so they can match the color of her torso. 2

I never thought I would see one. (Considering modding for it is already niche.) I am also glad you included a version of Rouge with her Classic Outfit, as I personally hate her heroes outfit.
