Sure, I got a few lewd mods for some Sonic games. The 2D ones I made myself. Let me know which games would interest you. The number in parentheses is for how many mods I have for it.

Actually, since you mentioned Sonic Mania. Have you ever thought to make a mod for Amy? I think that would be neat. You did such a good job on the Rouge one awhile back, I was wondering if you thought of doing another character? Or how about Sally Acorn?

I'm currently in the middle of making a Mania mod for Classic Amy. Just topless for now, but eh. As for other characters, I also have a finished Topless Blaze The Cat mod for Mania.

 

If you're interested in Sally or Amy, I do have finished mods of them for Sonic 3 AIR.

I liked them all! After playing Sally in this, I kind of want her in Sonic Mania lol ?. I am surprised that Amy doesn't have a sexy Idle animation like the others (well Tikal technically doesn't, but she playfully acknowledges the fact that she's topless and doesn't care.)

Yeah, there's sadly nothing I can do about Amy's idle anim, as mine is merely an edit of an existing mod, and I know nothing about coding.
