Currently no but the work is being done right now to make the 2024 version mod compatible so once Hedge Mod Manager supports the 2024 Remaster of Sonic Generations, it will probably work. I don't plan on buying the remaster due to the Denuvo crap, but I definitely think you'll be pleased once HMM supports the remaster. You can buy the 2011 version of the game through the Sonic Legacy bundle on Steam if you don't wanna wait. It still holds up as a game on it's own and it only uses the much less egregious Steam DRM over Denuvo's junk.

I think Rouge is the most attractive character. She should get modded in first. I'm going to try out the extreme gear first when the game comes out.

Although there aren't any NSFW mods for the Advance series yet, there is a decompilation of Sonic Advance 2 that could make sprite editing much easier than using ROM hacking tools like Tile Layer Pro since you could just edit the PNGs directly. Problem is that you have to edit sprite frames one by one instead of a sprite sheet which is tedious. But if someone managed to do that, they could compile a GBA ROM or even a PC port of Sonic Advance 2 that would have the edited sprites.

I have made a couple of NSFW mods for Tails but I never released them because they're not finished.

 

As someone who prefers the characters to stay on-model, I found this model by Ganondork that I like and managed to import it to Sonic Frontiers.

Because I was still new to 3D modelling, I didn't know how to deal with UV mapping so the fur texture on his belly looks off.

It's a small thing but I care about making my mods high quality with minimal issues or quirks and I don't want to release it when I'm not satisfied with it. I have made tweaks to the original model by giving Tails a butthole and making his penis flaccid, but I still made an option to have him erected although it's only for NPC version.

Since I'm not gonna work on Sonic Frontiers any time soon, I guess I might as well release it, but be aware that it's only an unfinished WIP version:

You install the mod the same way you install any other mods for Frontiers. Use Hedge Mod Manager.

 

The other mod I was making was for Sonic Origins where I edited Tails' sprite sheet to show his genitals.

It may not be what you want though because the intent is meant to be like a sheath with a penis tip.

 

Since I still have Origins installed, I plan to finish it one day with all his sprites edited for every main game of the collection.

I don't even kind of have the patience or knowledge required for modding, but I love these sprites so much I wanted to try my own hand at them just for fun. (I'm also pretty sure these sprites wouldn't be possible because Super Tails doesn't have his own sprites)

Nicely done! I don't think I could've done it better myself.

These could work as an alternative version of the mod for those who want Tails' boyhood to be bigger while I intend mine to be more subtle and proportionate.

Note that if you're going for an erected red rocket, you have to be wary of the sprite sizes because the one you made is just a pixel too long lol.

 

(Seriously, I don't think I could do a good hard canine penis version if I'm keeping it proportionate to Tails' body size.)

 

Modding this game is really easy, you just need RSDKv5Extract to extract the spritesheets and then mimic the folder structure so Hedge Mod Manager knows what to replace. With a sprite-edit mod like mine, you could just freely edit the images directly yourself and it'll work. 

Note that you'll need to edit them with Aseprite or GraphicsGale so you don't break the indexed colours when saving your changes.

Oh yeah, there's definitely an appeal behind a more proportionate/subtle dick. I may have gotten a little carried away when drawing it. A cutie like him probably should be smaller.

Your rocket isnt bad at all, you might want to try using his orange color as a highlight on it though, they tend to be shinier. This is also completely preference, but maybe his balls should a little bigger, so they're visible behind the knot.

Thanks for the advice though. I still can't see myself committing to a full mod, seems like a lot of work, but I may make some more sprite concepts. Maybe Cream, if she's allowed here.

I would like to make a Sonic 3 Air mod based on your Tails sprites, for now I'm going to include it in the character selector along with Sonic in the next version.
