Don't edit in Slade. Just export from Slade and edit the .pngs with something like GraphicsGale. Then you use the Kartmaker to create a new mod with the edited sprites.

While I always support more models of different kinds, this would never be my personal choice. Never found buff Sonic characters appealing. Plus their mouth movements are not amazing.

It's a mod for Sonic 3 AIR, which has a mods folder, and therefore supports mods. Right click on the game screen, click "open mods folder", then you know where to put mods.

We are legitimately SO CLOSE, holy shit. Mere steps away from glory, just needs to be model swapped to the Generations nude one that was in my last post somehow, it uses a similar base I think but a mere fileswap doesn't cut it.

What I'm saying is that I think this is the key, since this model used in this video is based on one of the Gens 2011 ones, theoretically, somehow, it might be possible to import the model from that version. It's the one from the shared file I added, I'm almost certain these models are the same, just modified. Don't ask me how you'd convert it, I'm no good at this, but I think this might be the missing link theoretically. I'm pretty bamboozled that this recomp of the game was even possible so do excuse my overexcited tendencies, spitballing theoreticals here based on what I think might be possible to convert from 2011 Gens to this. Sorry, kind of shit at articulating what I mean, tis why I mostly lurk.

Here's a screenshot taken by myself in-game for reference, i mention this model, because the person who is credited for it (Lady Luna) recently released a very similar looking clothed version of this model into Sonic Unleashed Recompiled, included in this message as well, so I feel like somehow, porting this nude version into Unleashed Recompiled might be possible, it's been proven to work for the standard clothed version seen here: https://gamebanana.com/mods/578861

Holy shit, you absolute madman! That is awesome that it worked, honestly, I don't know if the eyelids can be removed or like, replaced with normal ones, but truthfully I'd be okay if they were if it meant everything else looked as good as it does here. You, sir, are simply incredible.
