Narrowed down a bug. May explain other people's bugs. Has anyone else seen this one?

Okay, I've been having a problem in this runthrough for a few days now, where every time I save post-sex, the game CTD's and fails to save alone the way. I've been tinkering with it for over an hour, and have isolated the exact circumstances in which it occurs.

Base Test: Have sex with J'zargo using Horny Followers. Yum. Furry-on-furry action. TOUCH NO BUTTONS BUT MOVE MOUSE. Saves fine post-coitus.

Crash test: Have sex with J'zargo using Horny Followers. Again with the kitties bumping uglies. BUT... this time, I use the 'tfc' (toggle flying camera) console command to get a good look from various angles of said ugly-bumping... like you can in Second Life. Upon completion of sex, use 'tfc' again to get back into my own head and put the camera where it belongs. Notice I can't move. This part was not present if I did not use 'tfc' during sex. Use console command 'enableplayercontrols' to get myself moving. Take a few steps. Save game (either using quicksave or normal save, have tested both)... instant CTD, game does not actually save.

What conclusion I have drawn: If you use the flying-camera toggle during sex and do not toggle back before completion of sex, you have to use enableplayercontrols to allow yourself to move again. If you do this, the next time you save, you get an instant crash-to-desktop, and the game doesn't actually save.

Edit: I should note this CTD type occurs during more than just Horny Followers sex. It also occurs from Sexlab Defeat, and from Randomsex... thinking back, it was the 'tfc' occasions it would crash on, in my memory... Horny Followers was just used for ease-of-testing purposes, as it could be triggered through dialogue.

Anyone else have this problem? Any other info people would like? Any idea as to a source?

Edit2: I have just noticed the presence of this problem in the FAQ section, but they only mention the use of enableplayercontrols part. I would remove the topic, but the FAQ may wish to be amended to list that using tfc during smex can also cause CTD upon save.
