[FO4] CBBE Boobs and body are glitched and way off to the sides

This only happens when my character is nude, as you can see body is kinda weird. IDK what's causing it, I have knee fix mods but that's it

Would help to know what skeleton mods you have loaded.  I use ZeX extended. 

 

Might be useful to follow this guide as @Saya Scarlett did an excellent job of setting it and keeping it up to date to solve a number of issues.

Just to be sure, exit creation zone to the vault and get your pip boy and check it occurs before you exit the vault.

 

I have seen bodies go screwy at the start if they get naked before starting the real game. Otherwise it is 100% a skeleton issue.

Yeah this happens in game, normally I use a male character I noticed this while looting female raiders, first I thought it was just one time glitch or something, then when I realized it was happening so frequently I decided to check it out in player characters too and yes it was
