Do you have the ZAZ-ZEX skeleton, or something similar?  It should be available here, or look for The Bottomhood of Steel website or Patreon (skeleton is free).

 

If you can't find it easily it's probably linked on the pinned forum thread here about how to set up AAF.

If you do have the right skeleton, make sure nothing is overwriting it.  Again, that pinned thread on setting up AAF is your friend.

Make sure discrete female skeleton is near the bottom of the load order, I had floating tits and ass when I crouched before and that fixed it.

I'm not familiar with all of those skeleton mods (I use Fusion Girl and only have the ZEX skeleton).

 

Are you sure you need Gender Specific Skeletons and SSF?

 

Actually, reading the guide I referred you to here it specifically warns against Gender Specific "unless you can set it up working properly."  CBBE, the knee fix and DFS are listed around Basic Requirements 4 and 9.  No mention of SSF.

 

Maybe experiment and turn off GSS and SSF and see what happens?

What about when a female is walking nude, is there breast bounce?

 

I'm not sure if CBBE requires it, but do you have any sort of odcpc (?) ini file to give parameters for the physics?  Or was something like that built into one of the mods you turned off?

Yea, there's none when walking without clothes.
