Skyrim FNIS causing crashes

I have tried installing FNIS manually and also through MO2 and Vortex but it just crashes at launch.

Any ideas to deal with this? Game boots fine without FNIS so theres an issue with the install but I have watched plenty of videos of the install.

modlist attached, have tried with only FNIS installed and so it is the cause of the crashes

my guess is that you did something wrong in installing XP32, from your FNIS it turns up 242 bones while the latest XP32 update does not exceed 126. Try reinstalling it 

 

 

better to upgrade XP32
