Any updated animation guides - whicked whims

Wondering if theres any detailed guides for making animations. From customising the rigs to making the animations looking realistic. Been pounding my head trying to make good animations but cant wrap my head around how to make the animations look good. If theres any sims specific guides please let me know (excluding ww original tutorial and the pinned one here on loverslab) thank you

No. It's a big and complex theme and there's no universal "How to make it good" tutorial. You have to spend pretty much time learning each aspect you interested on your own using available info sources in the web.

yee igy, i just find the rigs of the sims hard to navigate and move, if theres anything u can point me too  that could help itll be much appreciated

I can't. This all depends on what exactly you need, I mean you should look for answers to more specific questions instead of some global tutorials (as a rule). However you can try to google anything you want, like "make smooth animations blender".
