Ugly Bastards in Skyrim

Hi, I wonder if there is any male follower mod or just an ugly character in-game?

I managed to make male characters bodies fat and big, but I would like to have atleast one reasonably repulsive male npc, since I dont know how to edit faces. Is there any tool or a mod? Looking for recommendations, and i hope noone will judge me for this kink lol

Im still not over the fact there is no follower version of him:/ but you can play as him
