[NV] Mod to change 3rd person camera to behave like in Skyrim or FO4

Hello. I'm pretty new to Fallout New Vegas, I've heard lots of cool stuff about that exact game, so decided to try it out, but several things are pretty annoying for me, and main one of these is third person camera. Is there any mod to make it behave like on more recent games? I mean that while not in combat, I would be able to simply move camera around my character  without pressing the hotkey, so I can look from all sides, like in Skyrim or FO4? I've found bunch of camera mods on Nexus, but none of them, as I understood from description, does that,

That is sad, pretty inconveniet after playing too much on more recent games. And you are right, it's F, or middle mouse button (both work).
