troubleshooting Need help with mod loadout and consistence issues

I've been at this for over two days googling and searching for an answer but I'm not sure how to get it. i switch from vortex to MO2 and i have over 1300 consistency issues. I'm not sure in what orders to put my mods but im starting to slowly understand. If I could get some help that'd be greatly appreciated. This is my mod list.
