Best I can offer is to look for one of the knee fix mods

I also very recently saw a new custom female skeleton (maybe here maybe at nexus not sure) that says it's changed the skeleton to improve the knees as well  as covering some of the other oddities we see in bodies when they contort. Sorry no link, you'll have to look around
