One way i manage to get this to work again is to simply disable enable if its a follower and then fast travel. Otherwise if its hostile i couldnt find any other way than to just kill them.

I got a question concernig this mod or lets say the "Town Bicyle" Perk..... 
How do you get your Settlement to a low Happiness.... I mean it seems it is impossible to have the Settlement happiness drop below 50  so that whole perk doesn't make much sense if there is no need to make the settlers happy.
is there a mod that makes it more difficult to keep the settlers happy so that my character has to use her bicycle skills to keep the settlers happy?
