Non-Devious Devices?

I've seen a lot of posts that mention a mod called Non-Devious Devices, and yet I haven't been able to find it. Can someone provide me with a link? Or at least tell me where to look?

Yes. I've used the search engine. But it turns up empty whenever I have it search only titles. And when i don't have it search only titles all it does is show the threads where it's mentioned.

Here is the LE version, no idea if it works on SE.

 

Corsec says he converted it to SE here and calls it the Non-Devious Devices Masterlist. Not sure if that conversion has the crafting aspect of the original or if it's just setup for patches though.
