[SEARCH] Looking for a large player home mod with lower/underground area for SL roleplay

Currently at 215th mods on nexus, still nothing...

 

If you guy know any player home mod that have a BIG upper area for normal gameplay (bedroom, living, 2floor, bath,...), and also have a BIG underground area for sexlab roleplay, please recommend it to me. I'm dying looking for one

I made a mod that connects bbls and the UB with.. the original UB.. its huge.  Adds lots of kink and npcs

This castle is quite big so it should have room for whatever you want to do.
