where the fuck do i find ZaZ Animation Pack for SSE? so many of these mods require it, but i can't find the fucking thing anywhere

First result on a "zaz skyrim se" Google search. You better get used to it, it's the best way to search for stuff from here. Other places to look for reference would be some pinned threads (blue links in my signature) in some forum sections.
