Legacy of -Caden- Uploading his mods again?

Hi, some of you might remember a creator called -Caden- here on ll. He left maybe 1-2 years ago very suddenly. He created great mods focussed for straight male Dragonborns. All those mods are gone now.

Would it be allowed to upload them again? I only have 2 or so of them.

It's just sad because the mods were really good. There isn't much content for male DBs here. Did he change plattform or something? He was very active until he vanished from one day to the next.
