Try these textures. It's the diamond skin. 
I gave them the new fair skin in this update and they're working fine on my end, though I was able to recreate the neck seem it disappeared when I replaced their textures with these.

The bulge is something with the dibella body. I'll look into it.
The neck bulge is due to the new body. I'll try to tinker on this.

Hello! As a massive fan of the Yuriana Mod, I thought I'd give this one a shot- But I think I might have encounters something totally out of the Ordinary- I cannot access the Abandoned Prison itself. I seem to CTD when I enter it. This might be a problem on my end but I thought I'd ask if anyone else might have had a similar issue. I'm going to re-install the mod to see if it works, or perhaps see if its something else entirely. I look foward to meeting the girls~!

This is usually caused by the textures not loading or not having ZAZ 8.0+ CBBE HDT 2023.

Usually just installing the textures manually will solve this.

So I'll switch them back to Diamond skin as their default skin as it causes less problems for ppl in the next update.

Use the texture download above if you're getting a neck seem. 

*Torga and Ramona have custom skins, I'll be uploading an updated version in a little bit - along with Diamond skin as the default skin*

The issue isn't what the default skin you (or the user, in previous versions that allowed the choice) picks, it's that the facegen NIFs are still pointing to using the user's own default (game-wide) textures for two (actually three, but only two of them really matter) of the head textures.  So if the user has installed / is using something different than what you/they choose, it'll have neck seams regardless of what the skin is:

I loaded up a bunch of the NIFs in Meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\!Maidens of Darkness.esp\ while looking for the correct one (that correlates to your images above), and every one of them had this same issue with pointing to default textures.

For those who have already downloaded the previous version of the mod, replace the meshes with the this in:

data/meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/!Maidens of Darkness.esp

 

 

Shout out to 42randomname42 thanks for the catch! 

 

The head meshes in this file are pathed to the correct textures.

I appear to still have the weird neck bump and also the skin did not default to diamond with the latest release that I could tell. I went back to the old 1.09a FOMOD and everything seemed to work again, no bump no facial discoloration. That being said I understand that this wasn't called pre-Alpha for nothing but neither the updates nor the separate file seemed to resolve the issue for me which looks alot like the picture people showed above

OK, so I re-downloaded the most recent release, and indeed there was still a neck seam due to a slight difference between the head and body textures.  Looked into it a bit, and it appears that the blankdetailmap.dds that's included (in textures\Bianca\Body) might be an outdated/incorrect version?  Since this is using Diamond skin, I went and downloaded the "BlankDetailMap.dds Fix" file from Diamond Skin Nexus page and replaced the existing file (in textures\Bianca\Body and not textures\actors\character\male, obviously), and that seems to have fixed it.

I think for some reason my setup refuses to acknowledge the diamond texture from the newest release, it appears to continue to be using fairskin despite the latest file purported to have been reverted to Diamond even when I loaded a test setup it with just the newest version and porting in Tatyana from a new game she spawns in with what appear to be fair skin textures. Either way ill shelve this for now and come back to it later I think, still excited to get it up and running especially with the new BWY on the way

I must have missed replacing the old blankdetailmap with the new one. Like 42randomname42 said you can download it's fix and install. Instead of redownloading the whole mod again. I will be fixing and uploading to a couple of my testers who are available today before uploading to loverslab later.

Diamond skin has a BlankDetailMap.dds fix in optional files. Apparently the one that comes with the main mod causes mismatch skin between head and body. I'll provide a link to it download here.

Ok, testers gave the green light, I also sent the mod to my old beast of computer and tried it out on a fresh install and everything looked great.
I've added the new blank detail map, double checked head & body meshes textures paths, and double checked to make sure Diamond Skins txt is set and installed in the mod.

If you've download and added the diamond skin blankdetailmap fix from the link above and everything is working for you, you don't need to redownload the mod.

 

The neck bulge is still there.

I'm working on it. Apperently it's one of the sliders in TBD, DMRA Guts, by going past a certain point ( It looks like 10,😵‍💫 ). I may have to rework the body or start from scratch.

Yeah so reworking the body. So far I like the shape and direction it's heading in and best of all no neck bulge. Still it's a wip, I'll keep ya posted. 😄

 

Honestly this mod is a labor of love. 😁

rowdy, ya know i love ya.  so ya know when i found the locked dungeon i just had to take a peek.  Anyways i know its not done yet, but goddamn you werent kidding when you said you went a tad overboard.  anyways i did see quite a few seams and stuff in hallways, but ill let ya cook instead of reporting on that stuff unless you want me to as its kind of spoilerish.  instead ill post things i noticed on the exterior of the ruin that everyone has access to. 

 

(idk what order the damn post will post the pics before i post) so anyways, 1st one is i get flickering textures in the circled spots in the pic with the table.  2nd and idk how much you changed the terrain to cover the bottom of the stairs or if it was already that way, but i have an exposed rock interior circled near the side of the staircase.  3rd, the rock pile at the top of the stairs is floating.  the last 2 pics without circles is just me being me with my construction brain, and idk how feasible using terrain is in ck but using the bottom half of the stairs leaves that one edge hanging and the other half buried in the dirt, was wondering if it would be more feasible to add something like a dirt road or some terrain like in the last pic leading up to the giants camp there to help bridge that spot to the stairs. 

 

anyways, i dont mean any of this disrespectfully, im just trying to be helpful as you develop things in case you dont see something and i do.  Also, the blank detail map fix solved all my problems besides the bulge but youve got that handled.  im super excited about this

Hey thanks for showing me. The outside needs some TLC, been mostly fixing the cracks inside the dungeon at the moment. 
I figured some ppl would find a way into the dungeon and take a look :P. Pretty barren in the download as I'm still filling it and have yet to Navmesh it as well.

Yeah making dungeons is a blast and I think I'm getting addicted lol.

I have been using your !Maidens mod for years. I would like to state that the girls are much more beautiful in this version. I love everything. However, some things are either missing or too much. I play by packaging your mod with Cathedral. Like my other follower mods. The latest version is a 6GB package, but when I converted it to bsa format with Caliente, I was able to package it as 3 GB. (1gb bsa, 2 gb texture)...

I found it appropriate to write this message to inform you that there are too many waste files in the mod. You should clean these files. and the girls I listed below either give neck stitching errors, or because the face structure is not assigned, especially the warrior girls look like horse faces. I hope you can make a correction to these in the future.

In any case, I love your mod and follow it. Since I sent this message with translation, please forgive me if there are any errors in the translation.

I tried the methods of the friends in the forum. I couldn't fix it. 
The problem may be the femalebody file in Meshes\Bianca\Body. 
When I copy the femalebody_0.nif file and change its name to femalebody_1.nif, that is, when I replace the original femalebody_1.nif file, the girls with the neck error are fixed. 
But of course the other girls are broken. I think the body addresses of the girls with the error need to be edited as femalebody_1.nif. 
But I don't have enough knowledge on this subject.

For girls, I don't use your body type, I use my own 3BA. This way, I can assign the size I want with OBody.

Thanks for the input.

I'm in the process of cleaning things up and getting it more organized, as in setting up the armor folders so they basically mimic the original armor paths and take up less space. As for the "ugly" ones, they use the vanilla heads and assets at the moment.

So yeah a lot of cleaning house before I release the alpha version. All this feed back is good so I can fix things, not called pre-Alpha for nothing 😄

For making the NPCs semi-standalone (use your default body but specific textures), I generally find it better to make the change to the naked body armor part in the plugin (I'll copy the plugin to a new empty mod and use it as an overwrite, so I still have the original plugin if something screws up).

 

This is an example, editing the main body ARMA record, would also need to edit the naked hands/feet as well:

With this, OBody presets can be applied in-game (but obviously what presets might or might not work properly will depend on what body you have installed).  I'm using CBBE 3BA, and there's no issue.  Both of these examples are showing using a "Zeroed" preset on the left, and a random voluptuous preset on the right:

A question if i may. Since there is only one option (to recruit), maybe you can create a house (castle probably more suitable) and also an option to free them and the castle for the ones are freed but not recruited? I feel kind of sorry now since i found Mina in Mara's Pond but i left her in the cage cause i am still hoping to find  miss world (vampire/necromancer,/pink hair one :D ) in photo 6 in pre-alpha mod? I know, it's a weird request , but they do look good , nicely done :) :D
