Im trying to make a mod that adds some nudism laws to the game, with pops visually being affected. I approach it by changing a portion of the pops to a nudist version of their culture and making that culture have the vanilla nudist clothing dna. Cant seem to get it to work tho, with the nudist version not being, in fact, nude and some random pops being nude even in their normal culture. Anyone can give me some pointers?
