need help to found any mods that Changes body morphs like "Devious Body Alteration " or "Skill Based Muscle"   or soulgem oven  without need  "sexlab"

If you're fine with vore, Devourment Refractored will morph your body as you swallow and digest things.

 

 

The bodies return to normal afterwards, but there are probably MCM settings to cause more permanent changes.

You could also try Morphology. Will let you dissect corpses  to get ingredients that morph your body. 

 

 

Combine morphology with wm46's addon so you can choose which sliders the morphs use

 

 

 

I'm using a potion made for breasts, but you can change anything that uses bodyslide sliders (hips, waist, arms, etc), and it even works with custom sliders.
