katrina.balanchuk Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 How about a Mod where I can look down on myself and see my figure wearing the clothes? Right now in first person when I look down I just see emptiness as if I was see-through

I know how to do this. but I would like to be able to stay in first person and look down on myself and see the clothes just like in real life. Right now it acts like I am invisible when I do that Edited October 21, 2022 by katrina.balanchuk

Decèdere Posted October 22, 2022 Posted October 22, 2022 There is a mod on Nexus called True First Person Camera. I haven't tried it, but it might be what you're looking for. 2
Nuka Cherry Posted October 22, 2022 Posted October 22, 2022 There are problems with the verious first person camera mods. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/56590?tab=posts This is not a true first person camera, more a zoomed out view, ymmv. First Person Camera | Bethesda.net Ymmv (notice a pattern) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18000 and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18000 Mod + settings combo, ymmv.

Thank you so much Cherry! This is exactly what I was looking for! It will make the different outfits so much more fun I use PC so I cannot use the Xbos one you linked ( but thank you for the link regardless) The other one seems interetsing. but it makes me "install a .ini file" which is maybe a step too far for me. I dont have a Fallout4Custom.ini file. It was not part of my Steam downloads. I have a fallout4default.ini file. And a fallout4prefs.ini file Nohting else. but the views shown in this link is what I was lookign for: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/56590?tab=files Edited October 22, 2022 by katrina.balanchuk
Nuka Cherry Posted October 22, 2022 Posted October 22, 2022 Most first person custom cameras (all of them) are tweaked third person views. This is due to fallouts engine, from what I can gather. There is nothing like F03s enhanced camera, or skyrims joy of perspective or the replacement mod. They tend to get a bit wonky with aiming, from what I recall. You will need to tweak ini settings for these types of mods to work properly on your setup. Just backup the ini (make a copy in another folder), and if it all goes fubar, restore it. Here is another one: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1944/?tab=posts 1
