Damis1992 Posted December 29, 2025 Posted December 29, 2025 Is anyone able to ELI5 the modding process? I am getting rather confused and frustrated with only some elements working for me. The instructions on the dedicated NSFW mod linklist are not in depth enough for my small brain to understand. As it stands I have the following mods that I am wanting to utilise: Original Nude Girls Mod Additional Nude Girls Mod Nude Female Assist Portraits Mod Nude Female Thief Portraits Mod PC Nude Portraits Mod Nude Female Personas Nude Female NPCs Costumed Nude Menu Characters Many of these mods from what I could decipher based on instructions were addons and not full mods in their own right. Based on this, these character specific folders were copied into the character folder within the original Nude Girls Mod folder structure. Overwriting existing GMD files from the original nude girls mod where relevant. This included the following: Additional Nude Girls Mod Nude Female Personas Nude Female NPCs Costumed Nude Menu Characters (This is the only mod explaining that the files needed to be pasted into the relevant character folder in the Original Nude Girls Mod folder structure, presumed to be addons and therefore assumed all of the above in this list were also addons) The following mods appeared to have their own P5REssentials/CPK/BOOBA.CPK folder structure and as such I figured these must be full mods and not addons. This included the following: Nude Female Assist Portraits Mod Nude Female Thief Portraits Mod PC Nude Portraits Mod These 3 mods however will not show up on the mod menu within Reloader II at all. I note that these mods do not have any related json file in their folder structure, I assume this to be correct and that it's not missing? A screenshot to show below.

The Mod Config json shares the same named mod open it with notepad or notepad + and edit them Nude Mod-portrait and so on etc (The .json files are just templates, editing them is necessary in most cases) Edited December 29, 2025 by doug022965

These outfits and the following set also seem to have some weird shading problem that I just could not figure out. If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know so I can fix these. And because I was so excited from figuring out a fix to the hand problem, I also made these Half-Nude P3D Race Queen outfits! These and the following sets were made using jmedia7's nude models, so thanks to them for making these a possibility! I also made some other outfits during all that time I lagged on these, so I'll release them also. Here's the Bunny Suit Outfit! I know someone asked for this earlier, and I kind of got inspired to do it. Hopefully it's to their liking. Here's a Christmas Wrap Outfit! There's probably some clipping issues here, but they should be serviceable. Futaba's default pose caused a weight problem that took me a long minute to fix but hopefully it's all good now. This also taught me how to use the wrapping tool on blender which I'm sure will come in handy later. And finally, a simple Apron outfit! Hopefully these make up for taking so long to finish those first ones! I packed everything in Costume Framework format, so you're going to have to change some file names if you want to replace them the old way. Otherwise, I hope you all enjoy! The mod doesn’t appear in Reloaded-II’s mod list, and I’m not sure what the correct installation process is. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me through the proper steps.

The file set up thats in the read me doesn't work and I have the settings off in the mods that would disable anything. So I gave up trying to run the mods given there not just turn on and off mods as well.

So they've provided most of the file path correctly already in the download. In their decal folder, choose the one you want to use, delete the part that has the parentheses and the space before it, so Reloaded knows it will be replacing "MORU_CAR_MULTI_T01.DDS" and then place that file in the MODEL/CHARACTER/DECAL Folder. Then put that model folder into any other existing mod in the correct place and it should be an available decal once you're in-game. Sorry if it sounds complicated, but its actually super easy once you understand its just files needing to be in the right place with the right name to be replaced. I'd recommend opening up the folder of any other mods you have installed to understand the structure of where outfits or models go to try and understand how to place these replacements better.
