Create a custom follower

Hello.
Here, I need help.
I'm trying to reproduce one of my characters in follower to the identical.
I've seen many topics but I'm still struggling.
I've seen a lot of topics but I'm still struggling. In fact, my characters are mostly modified with a preset that I modified myself; then I used cosmetic mods (hair, face, tattoos, etc...).
And I wanted to know how to do it exactly.
If there is no tuto that shows how to do it.
