Of course you can change the skin colour with xEdit. But you have to re-generate the facetint with CK. Unless you like skin discolouration between head and body.

Thanks a lot for the answer. So, nothing from changing skin color in T5E for my Prince doesn't use CK. He simply doesn't understand that program.

If you want, I can show you what needs to be done to change skin colours.

Oh, I see. I'm afraid it won't look right without using CK. But I will show you what you have to do in xEdit.

Spoiler

Once the mod has been loaded, double-click on the plugin's name you want to modify. Look for "Non-Player Character (Actor).

Scroll down until you see "QNAM - Texture lighting" You can enter any value between 0 (black) and 255 (white).

Once this has been done, scroll further to "Tint Layers (sorted)". Look for "Skin Tone" and enter the same values you did before.

That's it. Simply save the changes you did, and you're done.

That's what I said. Doing it via xEdit will lead to head/body discolouration. To get the head right, you'll have to use the CK.
