How to make all NPC female futa?

Hello.

 

I am wanting all female NPCs to be futa in the game but NOT my player. she is to stay female. How do i simply do that? Skyrim uses Schlongs of Skyrim ( SOS) and its easy to use a Futa schlong mod and to do that .

 

But in Fallout4 i have no idea how to. Ideally a mod i can add that will just add a cock automatically to every female except my female character?

You may try my addons for strapon + unique player redux mod

Add to base female body project penis, then build it.

As a result you will have unique player body without penis but all rest females will have
