I am losing my mind trying to figure what is wrong and nothing seems to be working. I have reinstalled XP32 and BHUNP multiple times, but the only result I got was the same horror scene again and again. I have also disabled possible physics collision mods (KS Hairdos - HDT SMP, HDT SMP Skinned mesh, located in my mods folder list) re-built with bodyslide and FNIS updated, but to no avail. I might have conflicting files with my XP32 folder but at this point, I just don't know what is wrong.

That still seems like a physics issue to me. Even if you disabled smp and/or cbpc, are you sure no other mod contains their plugins? Bodies and all-in-one physics mods sometimes come with the dll files.

 

Also what do you mean might have files conflicting with XMP32? Does your mod manager not show that?

FWIW, here's my load order rules for BHUNP from Vortex.

you can probably ignore the BHUNP/CBBE-3BBB rule, since afaik I'm one of only a few that uses both, (order dictates which is dominant) so its likely of zero value to most players

 

Last time I encountered breasts caving in, it was due to a mod I'd just recently installed that was taking SKSE down and pissing with HDT-SMP

 

Time before that, reinstalling the XP32 skeleton solved it (although that one was potentially just a voodoo solution)

I use NMM which doesn't tell me anything, or at least not with conflicting files, I suspected that issue from the multitude of other threads I read through.

 

The only 2 potential mods that could cause this issue are the "KS Hairdos - HDT SMP (Physics)" and "HDT - SMP (Skinned mesh Physics)" mods, both of which I have disabled.

Mh according from the looks of that Pic i have to ask it it's only happen with her or with all Female Characters?

 

If it's only with her, those followers (asian followers) often come with their own Skeleton in their Folders. Replace that with your own might fix that.
